The car is a 1999 Mazda 626. It has about 140000 miles on it and is a great car. This has been the only problem we have had with it. As for my oldest two children only my daughter lives with me. My son lives elsewhere. He moved out on his own about a year ago. He isn't in a place financially to help me. My daughter has a baby who was born 5 weeks early and is just now getting her life back to a normal (if there is such a thing after having a baby) state. She in college. I was unable to stay at home alone with the baby so she could work because I had surgery on my shoulder and couldn't lift her. My insurance will cover the testing however the infection has to be cleared up before they can proceed with further testing. I go back to the doctor for another white blood cell count next week. My injury and illnes was not the result of a job related incident. I am going to go talk to the guy who normally works on my car. He just had it in his shop on Friday for the overheating. I trust him with my life. However he is the manager at a Shell Service Center and this problem may not be something that they can handle there. I am hoping that if that is the case he will help me find someone who can fix it. I still have to get it towed from Nashville to Clarksville. But I'm not towing until I know where it's going. LOL

You were on the list that Sandy posted on my page. I am new at this and don't really know how this site works. Today our only mode of transportation gave out on the interstate. We finally got it to a place to be looked at and they said it would cost about $2000 to get it fixed. We don't have that kind of money. We haven't even made the house payment for July and it is time for the August payment to be made. I am unable to work due to health reasons which are temporary so I don't qualify for SSI or anything. I had rotator cuff surgery in April and am just now getting where I can go back to work then I get hit with severe abdominal pain and found out that I have an infection in my colon that either is diverticulitis or an ulcerated colon....either way they said there is a strong possibility that I'll have to have surgery to remove that area of the colon. Yee Haw! They have to get the infection cleared up before they can do further testing.

We just lost our only car. We were stuck on the interstate with the granddaughter who is 8 months for hours..then had it towed at a costly price just to find out that it will cost us about $2000 to get it fixed. We don't have that kind of money. We haven't even been able to make the house payment for July and it is time to pay the August house payment. We need about $5000 to get the car fixed and make both house payments. We could use more than that because I am unable to work at this time due to having shoulder surgery in April and having colon problems now that may require surgery.

I am a married woman in my middle forties. I have 3 kids ages 24 (daughter), 22 (son), 14 (son). I also have 1 granddaughter who is 8 months. My daughter and granddaughter live with myself and my husband. I am unemployed at this time because of my health. My husband is the only one who works in the house. His income isn't enough to make the ends meet. I hope to get a job when my health improves.
